TENDER SUBMISSION Tenders are to be hand delivered to Shepstone & Wylie Attorneys, 24 Richefond Circle, Ridgeside Office Park, Umhlanga Rocks clearly marked: “MANHATTAN GROVE (PTY) LTD (IN LIQUIDATION) – TENDER FOR MANHATTAN HOUSE, ATTENTION ANDREW DONNELLY/NERISSA” Tenders must be submitted on the prescribed Offer to Purchase and accompanied by proof of payment of a deposit of 10% of the purchase price, together with purchaser’s commission of 6% of the purchase price plus VAT thereon, into the designated Park Village Auctions trust account. No Exceptions. The deposit and commission payment will be fully refundable should the tender not be accepted by the Joint Liquidators.
