  • Not use automated scraping tools or methods to extract data from our platform.

3. Subscription and Pricing

GemFinder offers free and paid subscription plans. Each plan provides different levels of access and features.

  • The free plan allows up to 10 auction views per month. Additional features are disabled until upgraded.

  • Paid subscriptions grant unlimited auction views and additional features as outlined on our pricing page.

  • Pricing may change; we will notify users of any changes in advance.

Payments are securely processed. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled.

4. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on GemFinder, including auction data, images, AI-generated ratings, and tools, are the property of GemFinder or licensed to us. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

6. Third-party Content and Links

GemFinder may include links to external third-party sites. We have no control over, nor do we endorse, the content or practices of these external sites.

7. Disclaimers

  • GemFinder provides auction data “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.

  • Investment ratings and analyses provided by GemFinder’s AI are informational only and do not constitute investment or legal advice.

  • Users must independently verify all property information prior to purchasing at sheriff auctions.

8. Limitation of Liability

GemFinder and its owners, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service or reliance on information provided.

Our total liability for any claim relating to GemFinder is limited to the subscription fee paid by you, if applicable, during the preceding three-month period.

9. User Conduct

Users must not:

  • Upload or distribute any harmful software, malware, or content.

  • Attempt to interfere with the Service’s normal operations.

  • Share login details or circumvent subscription limits.

Violation of these rules may lead to immediate termination of your access.

10. Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service and associated data will cease immediately.
